Perspolice or takhtejameshid was the capital of achemied dynasty, built by Cyrus the great the first ruler and burned at the time of the last achemied king, Darius III. It was burned by the Greeks who conquered Persia and withdrawn the achemenids. The remains of it still today are what's left of the ancient Iran and it's great art and civilization. One of the written words have survived through two thousand years and it says: I'm Cyrus the achemanied ruler.
